Sorry to report that the Hon. High court has quashed the Service PG Quota of Kerala Govt Yesterday.
The KGMOA has given consent for the affected doctors to go for case ( up to supreme court).
Only those who have joined in the case will be getting the benefit of the verdict.
Since admission procedure are already begun, it is hopped that the new order can be stayed for this year.
So, taking the clue, KGIMOA also urges its affected members to file a joint case in high court for a stay this year. The financial burden will be with the individual members for the time being.
So interested members urgently contact their dist unit or Dr.S. Radhakrishnan, our State Secretary.
