REPORT OF THE THIRD EXE MEETING HELD ON 11 OCT MONDAY AT
KGIMOA HALL, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

•    The meeting started at 11am with silent prayer.
•    The KGIMOA President, Dr.A P. Muhammed chaired the function.
•    Apart form the executive members, Dr.H.M.Subair, former President of KGIMOA also attended the meeting
•    The ESIC act amendment for the formation of state ESI corporations was discussed in detail. It was decided to conduct unit wise discussions on the issue and to discuss the results again on 30th Oct at Ernakulam ESI hospital at 10pm as the next exe meeting. All unit office bearers are instructed to discuss the issue with the members in the meanwhile. A copy of the amendment viz, the “ statement of objects and reasons” will be made available  with the executive members
•    It was decided to buy four cents of land for the proposed KGIMOA building from Dr Balaprabhan at Thirulmala ward, Mangad paramb, Tvm Corporation.
•     All the members are advised to urgently send their confidential report so that DPC may be convened at the earliest.
•    The unit office bearers are urged to complete the membership as well as CRF collection at the earliest. Also to send the vouchers of membership collection to the treasurer at the earliest.
•     To publish a news letter urgently
•    To restart a members forum website in lieu of the nonfunctional kgimoakerala.webs.com at yahoo.
