Update on Association Activities:

Dear Fellows,
As you all know the  KGIMOA has been running over turbulent winds over the past few weeks.
The pay commission anomalies are yet to be fixed.ESI allowance issue is also pending. In the meanwhile,our state  secretary is trapped with a slanderous suspension.
However, The KGIMOA has got all the goodwill and manpower to overcome all these.Our members are all united and strongly poised behind the association. KGIMOA thank all our members for the same.
KGIMOA is now happy to inform that our efforts for correction of the pay commission anomalies have reached the final step of victory. The ministry have agreed to subsume our spacial pay in basic pay as in the case of health service doctors. Almost all our major demands in this regard are agreed in principle and what is needed is the official workup of government orders.Like wise, In the suspension issue, The Medical board reports has come up favorably for our secretary .So lets us hope he will be exonerated with immediate effect. But , our past experiences with the bureaucracy warns us to be on the watchful side and be ready for an agitation any time if the government steps back form the promises.
So,dear friends, KGIMOA requests all our beloved members to keep vigil on our issues and be ready for a strike if our lawful demands are not met with in a reasonable time and we are slapped with bureaucratic injustices.

FEVER CLINICS:

Our Secretary's appeal:
In accordance with the KGMOA decisions, KGIMOA also decided to support the issue of conduct of  fever clinics.Our Dispensary's  and Hospitals are also requested to conduct fever clinics urgently. A register is to be maintained for this. The matter should be reported to the RDD's also.However, as we are on a non-cooperation strike,the daily and monthly reports of the clinic need not be send to DIMS or RDD.More details will be posted soon.

KGIMOA to begin non co-operation strike with effect from April 4th  to correct pay commission anomalies.
We are to boycott:
(a) Medical board duties
(b) Monthly meetings
(c) Monthly reports
(d) Medical camps
(e) Extra duties or accept extra charges

Confidential Report of IMO's:SEND URGENTLY..

All IMO's urgently send their pending confidential reports to their RDDs to be submitted to DIMS office  ( with in 10 days). Those who have many years pending, please send their last three years.
